Traditional pizza recipe with oil-free fryer
Usually Pizza in the traditional way must use a stone pizza or wood oven to reach the correct temperature for delicious cakes. But with this magic pot, it only takes you 2 to 5 minutes to reach the standard flavor of Italian dish. Let’s start working now:
Flour 4 cups
Salt 1.5 Tsp
Yeast to hatch 2.5 Tsp
Olive oil 30 ml

1. Make the cake base
Step 1: Pour 50g of melted butter, yeast, water and 4 cups of flour into a large bowl. Mix well the mixture of flour and oil together. If you don’t have a dough mixer, you can use chopsticks instead. Use a damp cloth to cover the surface of the bowl and let the dough rest for about 20 minutes.
Step 2: After 20 minutes is up, you put all the remaining ingredients (including olive oil, salt, sugar) in the flour and mix well. Next, you let the dough rest for another 10 – 15 minutes.
Step 3: Pour the dough onto the covered table with a thin layer of powder coat and stuff the dough for about 15 – 20 minutes until the dough becomes a smooth, elastic block with slightly sticky elasticity, but when you lift it, it will not stick to your hands. .
Step 4: Use a little olive oil to rub evenly onto the dough, cover with a damp towel or cover with plastic. Incubate the dough at room temperature until the dough swells for about 45 – 90 minutes.
Step 5: Let the flour spread evenly. However, you should note that the dough should not be too thin, because when baking the pizza base will be very flammable, not delicious. After spreading the thin dough (about 3mm), let the dough rest for about 15 – 20 minutes.
2. Bake the cake
Step 1: After you have the base of the cake, we apply a little oil to the pan and then place the base of the cake, get tattooed fork on the base of the cake and pan for the hard cake base. Then, you put the cake base in the fryer for 5 minutes at 200ºC (or when the golden cake base is fine).
Step 2: Take out the pizza base, spread a layer of ketchup, spread a thin layer of shredded cheese and then the sliced sausages, sausages on top. You can add as many other toppings as you need. Then you turn on the oil-free fryer at 180ºC, fry the cake for 8 minutes is done.
